Company History

American West Lending was founded in 2002 as Loan Peak Financial in American Fork, Utah. In 2003 it was moved to Orem, Utah and purchased by Ron Winterton. Ron completely restructured the business, changed its name and made the customer the central focus of the company. Since that time, American West Lending has rapidly doubled its business and positioned itself to become one of Utah’s top Mortgage companies.
